Refund Policy

Fuinss Software Solutions Pvt Ltd (providers of Prime MLM Software) strives to provide the very best enterprise solutions for every customer. We value our clients and engineer each project based on the client’s specific, agreed-upon requirements, timeline, and pricing.

Once a proposal or agreement is signed and the initial payment is received, our development and infrastructure teams begin allocating technical resources to your project immediately.

Cancellation and Buyer’s Remorse

Due to the custom nature of software development and server deployment, we enforce strict guidelines regarding project cancellations:

  • Fuinss Software Solutions Pvt Ltd will NOT issue 100% refunds after a proposal/agreement is signed and payment has been submitted if a client simply changes their mind.

  • If a client decides to cease work and cancel the project after the initial payment is made, Fuinss Software Solutions Pvt Ltd will deduct a portion of the advance payment to cover any work already completed (including architecture planning, server setup, and proposal creation), OR 25% of the total received payment, whichever is greater.

Conditions for a Refund

Fuinss Software Solutions Pvt Ltd will only issue refunds if we inherently fail to provide the core services promised in the agreed-upon proposal. Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The Company strictly fails to deliver the software architecture per the technical requirements explicitly contained within the signed agreement.

  • The Company fails to meet the delivery schedule, and the project is delayed by more than two (2) months past the agreed-upon deadline, excluding any delays caused by client-requested changes, delayed asset delivery by the client, or third-party service failures.

Exemptions and Third-Party Delays

Customer-requested modifications, additional features, or scope changes outside the original agreement require additional time and cost. Refunds will not be issued for schedule delays if the client has requested changes that cannot be reasonably completed within the original timeline.

Additionally, Fuinss Software Solutions Pvt Ltd is not liable for, and will not issue refunds for, project delays or software downtime caused by third-party providers. This includes delayed API approvals (e.g., payment gateways, SMS providers) or outages originating from third-party cloud hosting infrastructure.
